GSOM Seed Program

The Farm Global School of Missions runs The Seed Program, a one-year, fully immersive discipleship and life-purpose training experience. Designed for spiritual and missional formation, the program combines deep teaching, practical tools, personal activation, and strategic mission alignment to prepare students to live sent into every sphere of life.

One-Year Structure

The program runs over the course of 12 months, divided into 12 transformational units. Each unit builds upon the last, guiding students through a structured journey of spiritual growth, identity formation, cultural renewal, and mission activation.

12 Units of Study

Each unit includes 4 learning modules, 3 labs, and accompanying assignments and activations. The journey flows through foundational themes of identity, navigation, history, purpose, community, culture, stewardship, spiritual warfare, and mission.

In-Person Weekend Seminars

We have four main in-person weekend seminars during the year - Immersion Weekend, Gamechanger Weekend, Art of Life Weekend & Mission Critical Weekend.  These seminars are required attendance for the students.

Weekly Format

Each week includes a rhythm of integrated learning and engagement:

· Teaching Modules – Live, virtual sessions featuring sustained biblical instruction, vibrant discussions, Q&As, and practical tools for spiritual formation

· Labs & Activations – Hands-on application, small group processing, and prophetic engagement

· Weekly Reflections – Guided journaling and spiritual check-ins

· Mentor & Peer Accountability – Ongoing support through coaching, small groups (Learning Pods), and peer accountability commitment.

Quarterly Milestone Checkpoints

Students will complete three strategic checkpoints over the year to reflect, assess growth, and align next steps. These checkpoints serve as personal recalibration moments on the journey.

Strategic Kingdom Invasion Project (SKIP)

The SKIP is the school's capstone project—a personal, Spirit-led initiative or mission blueprint designed to bring Kingdom transformation into a specific sphere, context, or community. It is the culmination of the entire year's journey, synthesizing identity, purpose, spiritual intelligence, and practical action.
